listen and follow Sri Sri ravisankar meditation videos in YT.

eg: transferring emotion , Aura meditation.. follow suggestions.

you will see results 

sit in dark room and set audio and follow .

Honestly yes .. start doing weekly 3 times.  Nenu early ga lestha weekends  , after bath , candle and agabathi petti chestha ..40 min . 

You will see change

Learned ( took  Mano yoga sadhana classes when i was a kid ) but i don't do it now. People say concentration perugutundi ani but i can't concentrate and do meditation. @3$%

Jokes apart yoga/meditation helps in many ways. Nenu kuda start cheyali.

sit I’m comfortable position 

have some nice fragrance dark room

deep as much as fresh oxygen deeply so that all your body gets refreshed slowly

 

automatically you will start to see change

 

put a pyramid cap on head helps you reach meditation state quickly
