Meditation...

Comfortable posture - so, you dont feel difficult staying that way for long time.

close your eyes - you dont get diverted by any things around you.

and concentrate on breathing takes you slowly to thought less state.. keep practicing it.. you will attain a zero state slowly..

 

Results:

Enables you to think consciously.

install headspace app.. i recently started..really helping..  paid subscription inka not taken.. if i feel oka chipotle antha kaadu, not a big deal

Jokes apart yoga/meditation helps in many ways. Nenu kuda start cheyali. 

It’s the struggle that gives the result honestly, every time you get distracted, just try to bring your focus back to your breath without blaming yourself for getting distracted.
