These are basic startng steps which can help day to day lyf to focus, then slowly try to practice  meditation.

I think meditation's purpose is to connect yourself with your surroundings, and then allow you to lose yourself. Not to increase concentration. 

that's why its funny when some of these people who claim to 'meditate' spew hateful sh1t against other people, just because they belong to different religion, or diff country etc. They can't lose their ego, the ego of their group, etc.

they are not doing it right.

there are two nose tips you can see right? which one to concentrate on?

should one merge both noses, because that's incredibly straining to the eye.

watch it @lucifermorningstar bhayya - I heard any medicine at one point will not have much impact and you need to keep increase the dosage which could be dangerous at one point.

Try Vipasana bhayya..it's good and essentially goes back to lot of comments here.. focus on Breath, Breath, Breath!

Agreed. My grand ma has insomnia. She is taking  sleeping pills from may be 40 yrs. Ippudu avi putlalapappulu they dont work for her.

Yeah . To reduce Stress, anxiety and have good sleep i  want to restart. Self awareness/realization  ki kuda it helps a lot. I used to do it regularly years ago.
