less scope jobs unna city san diego is like that.. I am surprised where  it ends ....how people pay for homes..

That’s been a big question for me too man...

two salaries aina kuda kastame...we both work and still not sure if we can afford an house 30 miles from our work..

Its a tourist spot and beautiful place with not so many IT companies. Prices are at peaks though. 1 M became common for single family home.

Irvine is now miminum 1 million...

i have a sign board outside my house , it reads’Toll Brothers Luxury homes’, single family home starting 1.7Mil”

i pass through this sign everyday and gets depressed...

Yup but Irvine is one of the best places to live in calif too. It was always expensive. Even in 2000 akkada illu prices were around 750K .

I would rate Irvine, the best in USA...much ahead of Loudoun County....!
