Tappadu bro  Nenu konna 3 years back rents too high 2 bhk you have to pay 3000 instead I bought for 665k 35 miles away from work I pay 3500 for mortgage tax and insurance, e 3 years lo 120k varaku appreciation vachindi based on market Nenu single income daily 3 hour commute up and down but at least family is happy 😃
