Focusin on corruption is rather short signted. the section of voters that swallow this kind of rhetoric is already firmly with Modi, I believe.

scams take a long time to marinate. Remember 2g scam broke in early 2008, and Congress still won the 2009 election. a lot of things have to come together for this corruption thing to snowball into something that public will notice. Rafale or any of the other scams will not help Congress.

why not focus on people who are affected by Modi?

Well, even if Rahul Gandhi become PM of India and Congress comes to power in 2019, just like Modi couldn’t prove Congress’s scams, Congress will also not able to prove so called Rafael deal scam.
