that's the magic of economy. both of your statements are true. AP is only behind Karnataka in the south in attracting investments into the state in the past two years. Close to twice the investments into TG.

state growth rate is definitely true. but but all this is done at the cost of something.

I'm assuming (since I don't know specifics about AP), that CBN is run up huge deficits, and cut social spending in certain areas, which may have lead to negative sentiment about his 'governance' in the state. Plus, its easy to mock someone like CBN who makes ridiculous statements all the time.

Its all perception. I haven't heard of any other state that has breached the central bank deficit limit other than west bengal and kerala. AP is doing fine. It'll do fine under Jagan too. I think it'll do much better under Jagan, much much better.

I really think CBN is sh1t. Jagan has probably more compassion towards the people of his state.

CBN talks like a robot, and his supporters are ridiculous, unashamed neoliberal shills. ready to raze anything for development.

I think whatever good work he did is being overshadowed by his often funny n ridiculous claims . Also his party leaders are not helping in any way.

Telangana, and Karnataka are the breakout states as far as economy goes in the past few years. the growth has been absolutely stunning in these two states. mainly its capitals.

Dont have an idea about Telangana but as you pointed out, Karnataka especially Bangalore has seen tremendous growth . If not for traffic problem (due to narrow roads and no proper planning at least in the old bangalore areas) its one of the best places to live. (I was born and brought up there so very familiar)

I'm simply extrapolating from rapid growth in per capita income in these two states. They are in the top 5 now. I have no other data point really.
