My niece is 15, and she speaks perfect Telugu. Born and brought up here, my fiance also grew up here but speaks very fluently.

not every one, some of cousinkida speaks good telugu when they are at home, strick no english at home ani chinnapati nundi maa cousin nerpinchadu ala 

inko cousin kids dont speak and dont understand a single telugu word (due to his wife Grudda balupu)
