New Hire unte --- Team helped etc etc Team lunch Demo went well What should we have done better: Planning user stories for sprint Functional tests breaking Documenting the story better TDD not followed strictly. Re -planned because of some higher priority thing Action Items: These are based on what should have done better You will get tons of examples in google too.
