Akkada my parents will go to get the land registered, is this the right process?

parents ke kada power of attorney ichedi? make sure that's the case.. ledante kondapalli raja avtav

It’s form 32A. I have done it many times in the past and it’s a genuine way to register land if you are outside .

I googled this doc. So first circle lo mana thumb press petti mana photo and mana name and address rayali kada? Permanent address ani undi so india address ivvala or usa address? 

kinda representative name (parent or someone) rasi buyer signature daggara mana sign petti send cheste chalu kada?  Representaive sign and witness sign lu executabt sign lu ee moodu india lo vallu chusukuntaru kada?
