I thought to buy and did hold off seeing bad reviews but a week back my sister saw it at friends place and told chapatis are soft and well made . Konukovachu ani told . Planning to buy after that info. 30 days return policy undi but I heard it is not straight forward . Customer service  kuda tala noppi ta . It has limited 1 year warranty .
