Income tax is the tax on the income to you get.. Rent in this case. Kaani house tax is like property tax( in US) that you pay ( based on the house value) on a yearly basis, which has nothing to do with the Income. I think gachibowli Municipality kindha vasthundhi.. so aa rates ento thelusthey calculate cheyyachu.. But I dont think it would be 35 lakkhs.. usuallly it is <10% of the property value ON PAPER.
