Income tax is the tax on the income to you get.. Rent in this case.

Kaani house tax is like property tax( in US) that you pay  ( based on the house value) on a yearly basis,  which has nothing to do with the Income.

Entha untundhoo naku thelilyadhu.. adi neeku yearly statement edo vasthundhi .. daani batti katteyatame.

This depends on the panchayath/thanda/municipality registration rates. percentages maruthai. I think gachibowli Municipality kindha vasthundhi.. so aa rates ento thelusthey calculate cheyyachu.. But I dont think it would be 35 lakkhs.. usuallly it is <10% of the property value ON PAPER.

you are rght..it would be 7-7.5% for registration and .5-1.5% for lancham....but the thing in here is you need to pay the registration for both the land and the building...buildingki per sq ft 600-800 kattali...everything based on property value on paper

last week frnd was saying for 3cr we get honda showroom near madina guda

I am not sure if he is bluffing or not

why not something like this it should be more beneficial
