If BJP had ruled India for majority times since Independence, India would have seen a civil war by now.

but it can't. Japan had 1000s of yrs of great progress, and even if there was caste system in Japan, it wasn't divided like India was.

I'm being extremely charitable to BJP's intentions here, because they hate 15% of the population outright, their idea of one country, one goal is even theoretically laughable.

There's no such thing as an Indian collective conscience. To an extent such a thing exists, may be only among Muslims in India. Because if India devolves into a confederation of states, the biggest victims will still be muslims.
