aveeno sulphate free shampoo & conditioner is good .......next if you can afford nexus shampoo & conditioner this will make your hair healthy & lively when you use ....but the effect will last next day......like it's not good to use shampoo every day

Night Henna pettukommmanu 2 hrs. 2 hrs tarvata just water tho without shampoo headbath chesi coconut oil raasi padukommanu. Morning lechi shampoo tho headbath chesteh silky juttu ready

Proper conditioner vadali and also you have to wear beenie while in cold weather
