F1 to H4 and H4 ead

hi all,

could somebody help on how to apply for F1 to H4 and H4 ead. manam own gaa chesukovacha or better employer tho chesukovala or attorney tho chesukovala?

1) checklist ivvara please

2) once we get H4 approval, do we have to go for stamping immediately even if we get I94 on the approval?

Memu chesam but naa h1 tho premium petti employer attorney thru chesa. So naku individual ga cheyatam elano no idea. Employer thru ayithe oka 300 extra ayyidi lawyer charges.

Current wait time for COS is 12.5 to 15.5 months.

You can do it your self. Just fill i539 and i765 forms. Its not a big deal.

you dont need to go to stamping if you are already in USA on valid f1 status.

if you want to change from F1 to H4, Make sure you have not violated any existing status, like previous OPT, OPT extenstion, I-983 forms, Reporting by employer to the university with in the time frame, CPT etc.

If you think you have violated any of the above, better go out of the country and get stamping done and come back rather than applying for change of status here...
