yes if your are born sc/st eevn if you marry uppercaste you can still retain sc/st status and pass on to kids too

if mom/dad either one is sc/st then child can claim sc/st

seemanchal lo i think mim contested 6 seats. in those seats turks are more than 80%. so bjp anyways has no chance there
