transfast refund time...............

Hi, i always use xoom but had to transfer extra money for family emergencies in India & my frnd suggested transfast but looks like a worst service.....it's my first time ...i created an account & initiated a transfer........they said funds will be transfered by so & so date......& asked to upload some documents.....which I did & they deposited few cents into my account & asked to verify & I did.......on the day which they promised the funds will be deposited initially...on that day i received an email saying transaction is cancelled.......i got a call from them & said we have now verified your account & you can make a transaction now & the rates are even better than last week blah blah.....i told i need my funds back into my account to re-initiate another transaction & he said it will usually take 5-7 business days but i will do a expedite refund & you should receive funds in 2 days.......i still didn't get & called customer care & they are saying as stated in the website you need to wait 5-7 & there is no such expedited refund.........this looks like a fraud.....like they are money laundering with others funds & playing games....................i just reviews & looks like lots of ppl had similar issues......i wish i would have read those reviews before i transferred....i blindly trusted by frnds words............it's my mistake though.................so how long does it take for money to be credited back into our account? Anyone faced this before

i been using xoom for more than 10 years & never had any issue

Xoom worked well for me , transfer successfully completes instantly but we typically check 1 day later, no issues as of now

Fake transaction ani cheppu mee bank vadiki.... i have used transfast few times had no issues..

Western union and riamoney transfer gurinchi vinaleda bhayya. Posh names tho lafoot agents chaalamandi vuntaru. prefer western union. 

Try to inform the bank that it’s a fraud transaction and they can cancel it.

Nothing to worry brother. I used transfast for 4 years in the past and they give few paise more than Xoom. Their verification takes little bit longer but your money is safe.  Currently I’m using remitly.
