I had similar issues with Xoom, Remit2india (1st time transaction, verification, cancellation, retry. blah). It took almost 21 days.

From second transaction was instant.  

Never tried Transfast. Hope transfast refunds ur money,

transfast reliable transfer vayya at least for me so far although it's a pita when it comes to  verification stuff

dont worry. You will get money back in 5-7 days. Customer service can request to expedite the refund process but its not guaranteed. Wait few more days.
