OE అంటే ..మీ ఆఫీస్ ల available options అన్ని నీ ముందు పెట్టి నీకు ఏమి కావాలో choose చేసుకో అని meaning ..నీకు ప్రస్తుతం ఉన్న plan అన్నా ఏమైనా better plan కనపడితే తీసుకో ..అంతే గాని special discounts ఏమి ఉండవు ...

Next year insurance ki ippude enroll chesukovaali - once u crossed the dead line, you have to buy it from outside which could be more cost and after 1/1, you will not be able to buy the insurance. 

and this is for next year, nothing to do with current year plan.
