Nationwide, oka two lakh crores were spent on improving literacy rates and almost two decades oka 10% perigindi...this itself is a massive change and 80 percentile ki vellalante manaki inkoka decade minimum padtadi.... we are almost there...almost 95% of the millennials can read and write...older people ni aithe patukochi sadipiyalem...
