@raithu_biddda Bitcoin is a combination of multiple technologies. It can be used as a mode of payment since it's purpose is value transfer. At the core Bitcoin is a protocol similar to TCP/IP protocol and has bitcoin token associated with the protocol. Lot of companies are using bitcoin smart contracts and building applications on top of bitcoin. ABRA is an example. 

Also checkout Rootstock. Its a smart contract platform for bitcoin and Dapps can be created.

smart contracts ki ethereum  and other plat forms using not bitcoin alone ex:- eth, neo, ven, etc

yes core bitcoin protocol is similar to TCP/IP.

still now not lot of companies are using it they are planning to use block chain technology not BTC .

Bitcoin smart contracts are already there but are not easy to work with. Lot of developers prefer ethereum for that reason. Augur developers first tried it on bitcoin and then went to ethereum. But some companies are working to create better smart contract platforms for Bitcoin.
