FRESNO, Calif. - Twin sisters in Fresno prove they are truly inseparable - even going into labor on the same day. The Yang sisters both had baby girls on Sunday night at Community Regional Medical Center in Downtown Fresno.

Bao Nhia Julia Yang and Bao Kou Julie Yang found out they were pregnant at the same time, but had due dates two days apart.

"We shared a lot and everywhere we go, we go together," said Bao Nhia.

But the 23-year old sisters never thought they'd go into labor together.

Bao Kou commented, "I started having like, I started spotting, so I think I knew that I was going to be in labor. And then I told her, and she was like, I'm having pain here and there too. I might be in there with you too."

Welcome to the world, Bao Nhia's daughter, Candra Thao, and Bao Kou's daughter, Nadalie Xiong.

"Mine weighed seven pounds and three ounce," Bao Nhia said, followed by her sister saying, "Mine is seven pounds exactly. Almost the same!"

Laura Schleicher is the nurse who helped deliver the babies. She's been at CRMC for more than 18 years, and said she's never seen twin sisters give birth on the same day.

She said, "All I did was deliver them. I didn't facilitate it or make it happen in any way. They just had great time, very unique timing."

The Yang sisters said it's a dream come true to have daughters together. The babies will share the same birthday, just like their mommies.

"It's like a miracle," exclaimed Bao Kou.
