Fact 1: Govt sold/gave/alloted land to KIA at much cheaper prices than market rate (No issue at all.Good policy to attract Investments)

But when you give land for almost free,it is the duty of the company to take over and get it ready to establish the plant.But the FACT is AP govt has agreed to level the land (spent Rs 300 crores) ..not only that Govt has spent another Rs 100 cores,cos KIA said they wanted a compound wall too

Next KIA said,the nearest water source is too far,please bring it to us.Then Govt spend another Rs 1000 crores to lay pipe line from Tungabhadra  river

Not yet over,KIA then demanded WTF the road to our factory is single lane,Pls make it to 4 lane till national Highway.Govt accepted

Now KIA wants railway access from factory to nearest port

Apart from this Govt gave lot of incentives like zero state taxes for 10 years,subsidized electricity,free water supply, and host of thers

Yes,but I have to search for the exact amount spent

I throw open challenge for all the pulkas here...come up with your numbers..no matter if they are PPT's or news articles or yellow media...and publish the numbers which may prove or even closer to proving that KIA is a success.
