I don't trust dems, especially those who don't support free healthcare, and other free things. it means they are not serious about defeating Trump. Quote

One things Dems have to remember is no one in the midwest is going to like a liberal from New York /Jersey or a Liberal California Senator....Right now even Dems have no other options other than those NY/CA Liberals. Free healthcare will be a disaster....definitely cannot be applied in US where Insurance companies/Medicine companies game the system... My analysis is that Trump will sail through 2020 comfortably because if Dems start working with Trump now that they have the house, what actually did Dem voters vote for? For more bi-partisanship or to cause him trouble..this will definitely effect their turnout & as usually Repubs will have a very good turnout....If Dems fail to deliver on the promises they made during their term at the house...they'll not be reelected again...Repubs always have advantage with Senate & slightly with the House...So Dems cannot always Resist. Sanders has a fantastic plan to bring in free healthcare in stages by simply reducing age for medicare, and start covering kids upto 18 on that. It can be easily sold. yes. it will increase taxes, and some people will be pissed. but he only needs 51% of votes in key states to defeat Trump. fcuk those who prefer to ally with racists, just because they don't want to pay a few percentages more in tax. may be this time, Dems won't play ball, and simply disrupt the house, and block everything Trump proposes. take the fight to the people, and paralyze US govt for the next 2yrs. Its a good strategy. exactly the same thing reps did when Obama was president. do Dems have the guts to do it, or will they listen to losers like Pelosi, and Schumer, and give Trump presidency again in 2020? Also economy might tank before 2020, in which case Trump has nowhere to hide. He can blame Dems, but if they are combative, they can turn it against him. He wins because Dems are soft. He deserves to be treated with as little respect as possible. Quote

Dems can even start taunting the president in public about how dumb he was, about specifics of a bill. ofcourse they won't do that.. 'national security' blah blah. but it'll be fun when someone treats Trump the exact way he treats others. he will start crying, and losing his mind. Quote
uttermost Posted November 7, 2018 Report Posted November 7, 2018 Dems need more Maxine Waters kind of senators and congress members, than corporate turncoats, upper middle class suckups like Pelosi and Schumer. Quote
LuciferMorningStar Posted November 7, 2018 Report Posted November 7, 2018 Republicans obstructed whatever is against their agenda like blocking the appointment of Merrick Garland etc., but they did work with Democrats on several issues...They did not resist... We all don't like Trump's policies..That's fine but to blindly Dems is utter stupidity...last 2 years all they did was to resist..I never actually understood what they were resisting...ok now they have house majority they cannot escape...what's their agenda? How much are they going to sit & work with the President?? How many Dems Senators are going to vote on bills?? Bernie Sander's universal healthcare would cost US govt more than $1.2 trillion every year according to an estimate. I don't think that is feasible...taxes will be raised like anything...that is something no independent would agree upon. But the problem here is the fake news media is projecting Dems gaining the house as a major victory..when it was actually not as Obama lost 67 House seats & 9 Senate seats but yet managed to win 2012 same with Clinton...lost too many house & senate seats.....But Trump just lost 27 seats but managed to win not just majority a gain of +2 senate seats & won governorships although lost Wisconsin..The negative side of this reporting is that if the house dems start working with Trump it might make them angry.....or if they're too much carried away they wouldn't show the same enthusiasm as they showed in midterms for voting. But the Republicans have always been very active the ballot box & will definitely turnout in large numbers to defend their candidate in 2020. Quote
