without ideology parties won’t sustain. CBN lost his ideology way in the middle of his first term.. whether he is pro agriculture, pro urban..... no one understands now. Atleast Jagan following pro-poor and Pk following communist ideologies. AP is not really urban and cbn is already in this confusion

TDP has been a stable party for quite some time now, Since 1996, there has been no leadership crisis and kudos to CBN for that, no doubt about it.

But, since 1996, it is 22 years and time for mantle change. It would involve a process and this is very critical and sensitive. Mostly, things will go wrong here like it happened with all other regional parties. 

TDP needs to have and maintain a clout in the days to come. Its not the ideolog but a dependable support while TDP goes through this phase. Or else, they will be wiped of the radar.

CBN is shouting 'Save Democracy' pan India being the boss of a regional outfit. This itself signifies the crisis.

may be its good for the state, if parties are not stable. So they can be made and reshaped at will by the people.

in the case of regional parties, when ever there was power transfer from father to son, it always ended up in a coup or dissent. Mulayam/Akhilesh and the uncles, RJD, Deve Gowda and his son, Karunanidhi, Azhagiri and Stalin, Shiv Sena, Udhav and Raj thackrey, and all those lok dals in haryana and western UP, that charan singh batch devi lal, chautalas etc. 

Its now TDP's time. If TDP can win the election, they can keep the flock together for some more time. If they loose, then their crisis time starts and by 2024, detoriates and decay.

JDS was family run party so poaching is tough... TDP is people run party so Congress will poach TDP members and CBN will go away with some package.
