rrc_2015 Posted November 8, 2018 Report Posted November 8, 2018 Any one did certification on Scrum Master? Friend thinking to change from Manual tester to Agile Scrum master Some trainings are around 1000 dollars Agile Exp : Novice any information will be helpful Quote
Amrita Posted November 8, 2018 Report Posted November 8, 2018 I did it. Scrum Alliance training followed by exam untundi. Assalu agile exp lekapote go for it. Early bird prices untayi if you book before 30-45 days. Certification just is not enough. You have to follow articles to follow strict scrum. Very few companies follow Scrum perfectly and as a SM you should know how to do it right. I would suggest you to write ACP as well. It helps !! Good luck! Quote

PMP -> CSM -> ACP -> CSPO E order lo nenu rasa pina certifications. Really helps. Edo agile projects lo work cheyadam veru asalu enduku chestunnamo telisi cheyadam veru. SM ni they ask tons of questions and you should be able to convince them why it is useful for project especially if team is new to Agile methodology. Most people say this is useless and that is useless. No meeting in scrum is useless nor any practice in agile. They have a purpose and helps not just team but also management to track progress. Quote

Lekapoyina parledu its a good starting point. Evi chala easy certifications but follow avvadam chala kashtam as team . Challenge is in real work not in writing certifications. Good luck ! Quote
