Urgent help eh 1 b revoked

My friends eh1 got revoked(old employer might have withdrawn the petition) while his transfer is in progress(preparing for rfe response)

1) i94 is valid so can he work till his transfer petition decision is made?

2)Can his old employer revive his revoked petition without going through entire new petition process?

3) Incase his transfer is rejected 60 days grace period will be calculated from rfe issue date or date of rejection?

4) Should he apply for backup petition from another third employer?

plz throw some light...

reject aithey no grace period. Grace period only if you are laid off by employer

Same case bro nadi kuda idi varaku ...

1) yes , he can 

2)no

3) reject ayithe grace period undadu ... its only for terminated cases . But his i94 active unte , he can refile another petition and work on receipt.

4) avasaram ledu .

Are you sure about it? I-94 is just for stay in US, H1-B anedhi work authorization. H1 revoke ayyaka he cannot work for any employer and aayana I-94 kooda no longer valid anukunta. Better to contact an immigration attorney

i94 is valid. no issues.

he is good until a decision by uscis is made. if it is approved no issues. rejected leave country immediately.

Same thing happened to my friend (H1 denied when he transferred, old employer filed withdrawal ) and he went to India (as we speak). Once your H1 is denied (transfer) you have to leave the country. You cannot assume old petition or I-94 is valid (advised by attorney). Unfortunately he need to file from India and wait until at least Feb 2019 when Premium resumes in order to get a decision.
