Polavaram is a national proejct. Funds ichinatte ichi bodi pundakor gadu venkkai teesuunte what can CBN  can do.

Central govt has no authority to track and check the quality of project work. it is State govt headache. if something is wrong state govt will handle it with the contractors.

CBN balcklisted the contractors who failed to deliver with quality. dd you know this? just oorike bark cheyadam kadhu..

and Utilization certificates adige hakku kooda center ki ledhu. but still AP Govt provided UC to center.

Every state govt in India is paying taxes to central govt and no state govt question cnetral govt for any expenditures they do.
