Look at people around, everyone is struggling in their own spheres to make life happier but look at you, you have every reason to be happy but still complain that your arent and there is something missing. Trust me, You were happy and right now, you are happier than you were yesterday....its just greedy mind with in that is forcing you to believe that you are not happy... 1 Quote

That’s goals for life. Happyness is something that lies with in...not visible. If you can find a decent 8 hour sleep on most days, you are happy. Quote

They may give temporary happiness but eventually you will keep wanting more.So I think being content with what you have is paramount to happiness.This does not mean not having ambition/goal and living aimlessly. If you don't have something to aim for , life becomes mundane. Relationships also matter a lot , talk to people close to you and maintain a good relationship. Sometimes we can not avoid sadness even if we try , at that point we just have to move on in life. I went through some shitty times in life , only one thought kept me going - that I'm already at rock bottom and the only way is up. 1 Quote
