I think there is an issue of love and self esteem here. Not interacting with anyone is only possible for the truly intelligent and most people aren’t at that level. The less intelligent you are, the more you have to socially interact. Increase your social interactions. You also need validation from the society and you need to feel that you belong in your social hierarchy. Start with physical and mental hygiene. Everything around you should be neat and clean. You have to dress well all the time- doesn’t matter what the occasion is. People are intimidated by the way you dress and look. Their fear increases your self esteem. Reading books, music or arts can only be pursued if you have corrected your self esteem first. What we as humans have wanted hasn’t changed for over 100000 years. It will not change now. Naysayers of vanity can not afford to be vain. Don’t listen to them. If you really want to shut out yourself only do it if you are going to achieve something ground breaking in your life.
