got stem opt last month, but na training plan same ma employer nundi na clinet location work chese vadu trainer ani pettina, ippudu vadini client full time thessukuntunnaru, inka vere evaru leru ma employer nundi working for same client , how to proceed ? full time no anttundu client , please advice friends.

Training plan submissions are for university I believe. See if someone from client can sign , if you have good relationship with any lead/manager it won't be a big problem I guess

Client Ela chestadu bro , person should be either your employer or person belongs to employer entity ( not from employee of client ) 

This is all about ployer -employee relation and supervision
