Hi Folks,

My Hutch okati amendment and extension filed in on April 11th in regular processing at CSC. It is been 215 days , the status of the case is still recieved. Do I need to take any action or just wait?

They dont have to by law. They can take as much time as they want.

We cant work after 240 days. But we can stay in US.
