Worst case scenario you may need to attend interview if the officer feels something is not right in what you submitted..but i have seen approvals in those interviews generally

Nenu dropbox oct 21 vesaa... oct 22 admin processing. Oct 31 around 3:00 PM IST ISSUED....so it took me more than  7 business days. 

Nenu FTE and same employer did not change since last stamping.
