clear off your mind , kids can take a lot of time from your schedule , its ok and common , as suggested by some , day care or pre-school start cheyinchu , they will be busy with making friends , activities etc

go to a romantic vacation , reduce your stress , everything else will fall in place , most importantly talk to your partner about how you are feeling. She may be having similar thoughts and may be feeling low too.you can help each other out..
