Idea iste saripodu kaka....Publicity is very important...nee prathi idea ni oka email roopam lo mottam team ki...cc higher management client petti kottu...even if you have already orally mentioned it to the team...as discussed ani oka email sendu...iga choosko replies vastayi melliga..may be not immediately for the 1st one..but gradually
