I meant company decent ah and if its right time to move as i am on h1b.  Advice i got is opportunity undi ani poku status issue ravachu during transfer think and take step its a startup  ani anduke asking

Startup pays oka range lo em undavu. They pay below avg salaries but give more in stock options.
