Port down etla chestaru bro? That would lead to rejection and abuse of the category . Every category has a specific purpose .. old days lo ela undedo telvadu ippudu that kind of applications are being scrutinized and it is against the DHS & USCIS' INA codes

Reasoning endi.. EB3 vallandaru memu kuda high skilled and we have all the required qualifications to be eb2 ani proofs chupetti EB2 ki jump ayyara? I think that could be the reason for EB3 being free that EB2.

First, the Immigration and Naturalization Act established EB2 and EB3 as two different  employment-based preference visa categories, with separate annual allocation of visa numbers. (INA Sec. 203(b)(2) and (3).)  The law permits any unused visas by EB2 applicants to be made available to EB3 applicants, but not the other way around. At this time, there’s unused visa numbers available in neither category, as both of the two categories have at least one country of chargeability deemed “oversubscribed

konni big companies only do EB3... doesn't matter if you qualify for EB2... company policy
