ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌ పరిధిలో సీబీఐ ఎలాంటి దాడులు చేయాలన్నా ప్రభుత్వ అనుమతి కచ్చితంగా తీసుకోవాలంటూ జారీ చేసిన జీవోపై మాజీ ఎంపీ ఉండవల్లి అరుణ్‌ కుమార్‌ స్పందించారు. రాజమండ్రిలో శుక్రవారం ఉండవల్లి విలేకరులతో మాట్లాడారు. కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వ అధీనంలో ఉన్న సంస్థల్లో జరిగే చట్టవిరుద్ధమైన కార్యక్రమాలపై నేరుగా సీబీఐ దాడులు చేయవచ్చునని అన్నారు. దానికి ఎవరి అనుమతి అవసరం లేదని తెలిపారు. రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం, దాని ఆధీనంలో ఉన్న అంశాలపై విచారణ కావాలంటే కోరవచ్చునని వ్యాక్యానించారు.

చంద్రబాబు తన 15 ఏళ్ల పాలనలో ఎప్పుడూ కూడా సీబీఐ ఎంక్వైరీ కోరలేదని గుర్తు చేశారు. ఏ విషయంపై నైనా కోర్టు ఆదిశిస్తే సీబీఐ ఎంక్వైరీ చేయవచ్చునని తెలిపారు. ప్రభుత్వం సీబీఐని రావడానికి వీల్లేదని చెబితే చెల్లదన్నారు. ఉత్తర్‌ ప్రదేశ్‌లో కల్యాణ్‌ సింగ్‌ సర్కార్‌, పప్పూ యాదవ్‌ కేసుల్లో ఇదే జరిగిందని గుర్తు చేశారు. ప్రభుత్వం జారీ చేసిన ఈ జీవో టిష్యూ పేపర్‌తో సమానమని పేర్కొన్నారు. జీవో ఇవ్వడమే హాస్యాస్పదమని సీనియర్‌ న్యాయవాదులు చెబుతుంటే ఎందుకు చంద్రబాబు ఐటీ రైడ్లను, సీబీని వ్యతిరేకిస్తున్నారని ప్రశ్నించారు.

బాబు ఏపీ పరువు తీస్తున్నారని వాపోయారు. నిష్ప్రయోజనమైన జీవో విడుదల చేయడం రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వానికి మైనస్సేనన్నారు. పోలవరంపైనే కేంద్రం ఇప్పటివరకూ సీబీఐ విచారణకు ఆదేశించలేదని తెలిపారు. మీ పార్టీ నేతలపై ఐటీ దాడులు జరిగితే అది కేంద్రం తప్పు ఎలా అవుతుందని ప్రశ్నించారు. ఐటీ రైడ్లు చేయడం ద్వారా తనను బలహీన పరిచే ప్రయత్నం చేస్తున్నారని ఓ సీఎం చెప్పడం దారుణమన్నారు. రాష్ట్రం పరువు తీసే చర్య ఇది..ఇప్పటికైనా పునరాలోచించి నిర్ణయాన్ని మార్చుకోవాలని ప్రభుత్వానికి హితవు పలికారు.
