Sevis and F1/H1B Visa question

F1 visa expires May 2019 , H1B picked in 2018 lottery and approved last week. Currently in india ,  H1B counselor processing lo applied.  DSO said Sevis is updated and you cannot travel on F1 Visa. 

Attorney said you can travel on F1 visa and apply COS to H1B after come to US. 

options :

1) Go to H1B visa stamping and come to USA on H1B.

2) Come on F1 and apply COS to H1B ? what is the risk ? do they allow on F1 ?

The best and smooth option is to get your h1b stamping done.

Your'e no longer on F1 mate once your H1b is approved...that's what I thought

Counselor processing apply chesthe COS avvadhu ankunta..so still he is in F1 status. 

but chalamandhi visa interview ki velli h1 paina vostharu. 

F1 paina US vocchi apudu change of status petkocchu. but adhi risk ankunta.. cpts.. ala undi... H1 approve ayyaka kuda opt lo continue ayyavendhukane questions veyyochu.. better to contact some good attorney

H1 approved anthe.. COS apply cheyyaledhu kadha.. still he is in F1 status only

DSO ki H1 update mathrame velthadhi. COS ki kuda apply chesi unte Oct 1st ki automatic ga H1 ki convert avthadhi.. this sounds confusing

Once H1 is approved,  if you leave US you need to have h1 visa to come back.

I think you need stamping , COS will happen when you are in US and transfer from F1 to H1B

H1B approved and you are in India means .. your sevis status changed automatically.. tou have to go to stamp.. you have no other option
