H1b-My experience episode 531. 25 years, Indians ripping Indians in America for easy money by breaking USCIS, DOL, IRS rules and local laws. No one opening their mouths due to fear of losing project -h1b-gc-fear of going back to India. Majority of these body shops crime is doing by Indian Hindus, mostly upper caste fellows (they claim upper), converted Christians from Hindus, and other religions. They are having criminal background in India and I wonder how come they are doing h1b brothel business in USA? - my analysis on the victims emails and calls so far that I have received. Disclaimer: This video is made in general view on the majority of firms owned by Indians. This is not to offend or defame any company in particular. In general, many Indian incs (alias body shops) don't pay salaries to F1, opt, cpt, H1B workers. On an average they hold $25,000 to $50,000+ salaries due to their own employees without sharing H1b, LCA, any GC related papers (especially i-140). I have been receiving such queries for the last 10 years and the volume of emails or FB requests are high to talk to me. Hence I am sharing this number to victims, subscribers or my followers in case not getting salaries, please feel free to call me after 5pm Est. Remember, they are collecting $10,000 for h1b fees, $25000 to $50,000 for green card. All fees in h1b, GC are employer payable and h1b fees is $2000 to $6000 only but body shops collecting $10,000 from Indians in India/outside USA and in USA. These body shops donating $50,000 to Indian caste groups(register as non profitable ) in India and USA for some benefits. Also they collect money from their own employees to pay employer's and employees taxes when no project time. I am risking my life to help/rescue fellow h1bs. It's because this drama is after displacing 20 million Americans in USA. If you are American displaced or local unemployed reading this message, please take this to your senators. With this given set of h1b abuse, how come Americans get jbs? almost impossible. Do you think USA is strong? Can not even execute h1b abusers.
