China almost 500 km/h already use chestunte manam inka sub 200’s గంటకు 180కి.మీ. వేగంతో.. అత్యంత వేగవంతమైన రైలును పరీక్షించేందుకు సిద్ధమైన రైల్వేశాఖ ఇంటర్నెట్డెస్క్: భారతీయ రైల్వేలో మరో ముందడుగు. ట్రైన్-18గా పిలవబడుతున్న అత్యంత వేగంతో ప్రయాణించే రైలు నవంబరు 19న పట్టాలెక్కనుంది. భారతీయ రైల్వే తొలి స్వయంచాలిత ఇంజిన్ ఇది. దీని గరిష్ఠవేగం గంటకు 160కి.మీ. ట్రైన్-18 భారతీయ రైల్వేలో సరికొత్త అధ్యాయమని నిపుణులు చెబుతున్నారు. ఇప్పటికే గరిష్ఠ వేగంతో ప్రయాణించే శతాబ్ది ఎక్స్ప్రెస్లాంటి రైళ్ల స్థానంలో ట్రైన్-18 అందుబాటులోకి తేవాలని రైల్వేశాఖ యోచిస్తోంది. ఇప్పటికే ట్రైన్-18ను మొరదాబాద్-షహరాన్పూర్ల మధ్య గంటకు 115కి.మీ. వేగంతో రీసెర్చ్ డిజైన్ అండ్ స్టాండర్డ్స్ ఆర్గనైజేషన్ (ఆర్డీఎస్వో) పరీక్షించింది. ఈ పరీక్షల్లో ట్రైన్-18 విజయవంతమైంది. దిల్లీ-ముంబయి రాజధాని రూట్లో సవాయ్ మాధోపూర్-కోటల మధ్య గంటలకు 180కి.మీ వేగంగా దీన్ని పరీక్షించేందుకు రైల్వేశాఖ ఏర్పాట్లు చేసింది. ‘ట్రైన్-18 పూర్తి గరిష్ఠ వేగం గంటకు 160కి.మీ. అయితే, ప్రతిపాదిత వేగం కన్నా 10శాతం అదనపు వేగంతో దీన్ని పరీక్షించాలని భావిస్తున్నాం దీంతో ట్రైన్-18ను గంటకు 180కి.మీ. వేగంగా నడిపి పరీక్షిస్తాం’ అని ఉన్నతాధికారులు తెలిపారు. ట్రైన్-18ను దాదాపు 80రోజుల పాటు పరీక్షించినట్లు అధికారులు చెబుతున్నారు. అంతేకాకుండా ఆర్డీఎస్వో డేటాను సైతం విశ్లేషించారు.
