intiki vachinodu malla lancham demand chestadu...adi vadilinchukovalani online system pedithe, eedu endi vaa, meeru govt office ki ravodhu, nene mee intiki vachi lancham collect chesukunta antundu...

Govt officialls are not involved in home visits.. Mobile sahayaks ni appoint chesaru and looking to recruit more for faster processing..

Either way man, as long as there is physical interaction, its of less use....transparency vundadu....

Overall,nice initiative but personal coming to knock at the door and getting things done seems some what unimpressive and less efficient...
