The stocks seem to be all time low...An yearly low, back to 2017 levels.

Do you think, This could be the right time to pick up stocks for longer run ? Like a 5 year lock in period..Expecting another 10% wipe out in the value in the near future and gaining 40% over the next 5 years ?

but if u feel u dont need immediate money in next 2-3 years...yeah good time to enter... but put on standard ones..not on bisket stocks..

I'm not really a guy who invests on capital markets but trying to see if I can pick up few stocks now, those dependable ones and throw it aside for few years, possibly 5 years from now...

Banking shares is what I'm trying to focus on, apart form the regular tech stocks, thinking to enter with $10-15k.
