KCR was not so powerful until 2010's.

He was already a billionaire by the time KCr came to power, most of his lands in hi-tech city were bought during 2006-2007 YSR auction process. Coming to his wealth he single handely bought multiple cemenet brands and major one was MAHA cemenets in 2013 (a 3000 croroe trun over company) which is now a crown jewel in his list of companies . Later he sold some percentage of stake in either cements or infra to a swedish investors netting hime some $500 million which he again diverted into relaity sector. His is no one before 2000 is a fallacy..some of the iconic buildings in Hyd like lifestyle begumpet(MyHome Tycoon) was build by his company before 2000
