oh..! makes sense...in fact why uttar pradesh or why only ayodhya ? why not any where else ? why not amaaravati ?..in fact, why not in Dallas, next to Gandhi Park. ?

The answer is simple. The land where they want to build the temple is what is being considered as birth place of Lord Ram. An ancient temple existed at that place called as Abode of Ram Lalla...after the muslim invasion, this temple was razed and babri masjid was built. So some people demand for the temple to be constructed at the same place. even when archeological societ conducted investigation, they found evidence of temple existence at that place.

Now, Do you understand why only Ayodhya ?

cases clear cheyanika BJP evadu ? Just because BJP led govt appoints judges, doesnt mean they should clear the case.

What factors made/makes it a litigation land? And what makes it impossible to adjudicate on whom that land belongs to?

This land historically had no claimants...for example, mee village lo oka temple vundi...grandfather's zamana temple. Now, who owns that temple ani village lo adigithe, a temple diety ani cheptaru...kani court lo poi hanumanthudi gudi place antha anjaneeya swamy di ante court oppukodu kada...

atla land dispute ayi, hisorical markings chusi, past claimants chusi a land 3 parts ga divide chesinaru...

A subsequent land title case was lodged in the Allahabad High Court, the verdict of which was pronounced on 30 September 2010. In the landmark hearing, the three judges of The Allahabad High Court ruled that the 2.77 acres (1.12 ha) of Ayodhya land be divided into 3 parts, with 1/3 going to the Ram Lalla or Infant Rama represented by the Hindu Maha Sabha for the construction of the Ram temple, 1/3 going to the Islamic Sunni Waqf Board and the remaining 1/3 going to a Hindu religious denomination Nirmohi Akhara.
