my brothers works for a desi mesthri dukanam in atlanta... his client was A while h1 was submitted. while asking for client letter they issued a email saying no we cant provide. thinking everything is good. we took this email and submitted h1 packet. story turned other side. client was afraid that my bro is working illegally and aa reason official ga cheppakunda fired him and didnt allow to prove any status here. aa tharavata h1 picked ani telsindi.

cut chesthe sep lo rfe padindi .. client letter and etc etc asking veedini..

now by the time he got rfe he is was client B in same state but different city. 

client B also wont give any client letter but same client email saying we cant issue any letters ani petti try chedham ani employer ni adigithe he is responding and somebody in his office through chepadu he is going to respond. may be he has his own views... million dollar company okari kosam risk cheyaru.. mem enti ante.. money elago paid kada.. just respond avvandi.. advocate ela chepthe ala paper work cheyandi.. reject aina parledu ani memu asking..

he is not at all picking up call..

 

ma solution enti.. can we apply for transfer of h1 and new employer emaina client letter ichi forward cheyocha. current employer ki em cheppi convince cheyochu.. like ee solution oka line chepthe he might check with his lawyer kada..

Just take a letter from manager without letter head and notarize that letter and submit as a proof that he is working but client doesn't want to provide letter. Also try to get the same in writing that client doesn't want to give letter ani.

october 1st tarvata kabatti, I guess they can file for an amendment..not sure if an LCA with different city tho possible avutademo not sure..

basically change of client place, and new city kabatti ne LCA...

chances are slim but try cheyadam lo thappu ledu..

maybe not possible because original petition is tied with an employer and only he has full authority to process if i'm not wrong.

Main problem new location aithey new lca kavali....petition ni complete ga new avuthundi....attorney try chestadu max...Edo reason Cheppi.....but employer willing undali mettho work chyadaniki otherwise em chylevu....employer gadu hesitant   untaru because us cis gadu e employer Ni fraud chestunadu Emo anukuntadu....job undi ani apply chesi ledu antunadu eppudu ani....same case cousin ki approved ...but lot of paper about location change...Murthy attorney ni pettukonadu...

 

Initial h1 exist kakunda amemdnet/ transfer ki process ledu...inak next year lottery malli
