banks gave credit to sujana ,banks doesnt have any problem with sujana.only central govt is interested in probing him.

yes , CBN did play an important role in building IT in hyderabad but nene techanu prapancha patham lo pettanu ante ela how? 

hyd had good environemnt ,, talent pool, institutions , low cost and time was ripe (dotcom bubble) and CBN did facilitate , no doubt he deserve credit for that.
