Mindspace it park(genpact, axis bank) unnadi pocharam la..many small and mid aize companies operational from here. Ibm was in operation since 2013. Infosys’s biggest campus - 25k empoyed akkada so that is enough to kickstart the development. Also Uppal SEZ major expansion jarugubtunnadi, mundu okka GE unde eppudu okka 20 daka companies ayinavi and they are building 2 new huge buildings in the existing SEZ as part of the expansion efforts. Many villas are under construction like the one below..the one I saw the builder is askig 1.6 cr for something like this. I also saw similar houses on western side(kondapur, tellapur, APPA) and the prices are anywhere from 2.5 - 4 crores for similar houses depending on how far you can from core business district. Enduko pocharam ki attract ayina because of more value for the buck and don’t care much for proximity to cyberabad since I don’t want to work in IT if i ever more back to India Quote
