2 yrs pillodni em cheyyalev... they wont know and understand...  aina kindha intlo ki sound ravadam vinna kani paina intlo ki sound velladam chala variety ga undi... 

leasing office vallu emanaru unless there is noise during quiet hours which is around 9-10PM to 6-7AM... talk to your neighbour and explain that its a kid's noise and you cant do anything about it
