USPS ki po... show the birth certificate fill out the forms ... not sure if all USPS locations take PassportSize photos.. if not go to Wallgreens or Costco and get the pictures taken.. pay $130 for application and wait for about 2-3 weeks you will initially get passport 5 years validity... then CKGS through India visitor visa apply cheyyu... make sure you have the Electricity bill, Drivers License as address proof... (legal guardian ga yours should be okay) mostly 1 week to 10 days lo 10 years multiple entry visa ochestadi... later on apply for OCI if you are planning to return to USA again... Quote
